To edit localized resources or to add new translation language please

  1. Fork this repo
  2. Edit one of existing *.xlf or *.resw file or add new translation file
  3. Create a pull request

You can use any tool for editing *.xlf file. We use this one Multilingual app toolkit 4.0 Editor
