Childhood Cancer Data Lab - Reproducible Research Practices Training Workshop

This repository hosts the GitHub Pages website and certain materials for the Reproducible Research Practices workshop.

Contents

  • The docs directory contains content for the GitHub pages website:
    • The workshop schedule
    • Participant setup instructions
    • Participant resources
  • The instructor_notes directory contains notes for live demonstration instructions, ordered based on the workshop schedule.
  • The workshop_materials directory contains additional workshop materials:
    • Cheatsheets, currently only for UNIX
    • Links to workshop slides on Google Slides
    • Setup scripts used to prepare data for use in live demonstrations
  • The components and scripts directories contain scripts for automated repository spell checking.
