1. Download Balena Etcher (Ignore the pricing tab, etcher is free for all)
2. Select the ISO
3. Select the USB
4. Click Flash!

Writing to CD/DVD on windows.

1. Download the ISO
2. Click open with
3. Open with another program
4. Open it with C:\Windows\System32\isoburn.exe
5. Press Burn on the UI that appears.
