Ubuntu Philosophy in Action
OUR PLEDGE
In the spirit of Ubuntu ("I am because we are"), we pledge to make participation in Azora OS a harassment-free, inclusive, and empowering experience for everyone, regardless of:
- Age, body size, disability, ethnicity
- Gender identity and expression
- Level of experience, education, socio-economic status
- Nationality, personal appearance, race, religion
- Sexual identity and orientation
We are committed to creating a community where technology serves humanity and individual success multiplies collective prosperity.

Unacceptable Behaviors โ
We prohibit:
- Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination of any kind
- Trolling, insulting comments, or personal attacks
- Public or private harassment
- Publishing others' private information without permission
- Sexual language, imagery, or unwelcome advances
- Violent threats or language
- Inciting others to engage in prohibited behavior
- Constitutional violations or unethical conduct
- Spreading misinformation or fake data (No Mock Protocol)
- Any conduct that could reasonably be considered inappropriate

Your success strengthens the community. The community's success strengthens you.
2. Knowledge Shared = Wisdom Amplified
Share what you learn. Learn from what others share.
3. Truth as Currency
Operate with honesty. Verify claims. Acknowledge mistakes.
4. Privacy as Right
Respect others' privacy. Protect personal information. Seek consent.
5. Service Never Enslavement
Technology serves humanity. Humans are never subservient to technology.

SCOPE
This Code of Conduct applies to:
- All Azora OS repositories
- Issue trackers and pull requests
- Community forums and discussions
- Social media interactions
- Events and meetups
- Any space representing Azora OS
It also applies when representing Azora OS in public spaces.
ENFORCEMENT
Reporting Violations
How to Report:
- Email: conduct@azora.world
- Discord: Contact moderators
- GitHub: Use report feature
What to Include:
- Your contact information
- Description of incident
- Date, time, and location
- Names of people involved
- Witnesses (if any)
- Any supporting evidence
Confidentiality: All reports are confidential.
Response Process

Acknowledgment (24 hours)
- Confirm receipt of report
- Assign investigator

Investigation (7 days)
- Gather information
- Interview parties involved
- Review evidence

Decision (3 days)
- Determine if violation occurred
- Decide appropriate action
- Notify parties

Action (Immediate)
- Implement consequences
- Monitor compliance
- Follow up as needed
Consequences
Violations may result in:
Level 1: Warning
- Private written warning
- Explanation of violation
- Guidance for improvement
Level 2: Temporary Ban
- Temporary suspension (7-30 days)
- No interaction with community
- Review before reinstatement
Level 3: Permanent Ban
- Permanent removal from community
- No future participation
- Public announcement (if appropriate)
Severity Factors:
- Intent and impact
- Previous violations
- Response to feedback
- Constitutional alignment
- Community safety
CONSTITUTIONAL ALIGNMENT
All conduct must align with the Azora Constitution (v3.0.0):
Article II: Rights & Freedoms
- Respect universal rights
- Protect privacy
- Ensure equal access
- Support collective benefit
Article VIII: Truth & Verification
- Operate with truth
- Verify information
- No fake data or mocks
- Transparent operations
Article IX: Enforcement & Compliance
- Submit to constitutional oversight
- Accept accountability
- Support fair resolution
- Maintain transparency

If you disagree with an enforcement decision:
