Please download the file "PSSMHCpan-1.0.tar.gz" and unpackage: tar -xzvf PSSMHCpan-1.0.tar.gz

Running

cd ./PSSMHCpan-1.0

perl ./PSSMHCpan-1.0.pl

Run the example

cd ./PSSMHCpan-1.0

sh test.sh
