QuPath-BIOP catalog

Since version 0.6.0, QuPath use catalogs to easily install, manage, and delete QuPath extensions. This repository consists of the catalog containing the QuPath extensions developed by the @BIOP team.

Extensions in this catalog

Note: Only extensions which are compatible with QuPath-0.6.x are present in the catalog.

This catalog includes the following extensions

QuPath Cellpose extension

QuPath Spotiflow extension

QuPath BIOP extension

QuPath ABBA extension

QuPath Warpy extension

Installation

This catalog is NOT enabled by default in QuPath. In order to add it to the list of available catalogs:

  1. Open QuPath
  2. Go to Extensions → Manage extensions
  3. Click Manage extension catalogs
  4. Enter the catalog URL: https://github.com/BIOP/qupath-biop-catalog
  5. Browse and install the extensions you need
