You get paid IFF you get a chance to work with good peers, you may get mentored You get to build a professional network You skills have more credibility if you have worked for an organistaion before	You may start loosing interest in things you used to like before Creativity can get start depleting if the work becomes too hectic Depression can kick in if you are not able to work efficiently which may cause health problems If work is demanding, means less time for family, friends If you are creative persion, then you get less time to work on side-hustles
