Bobril Material UI

Heavily inspired by www.material-ui.com

Changes:

  • Using just default system fonts and not needing to load Roboto fonts anymore making it more lightweight
  • Themable thanks to Mirek Grela
  • Renamed onTouchTap in menu to action to be consistent with rest
  • Icons are now passed directly as IBobrilNode instead of function
