Version 1.0 — 2026-05-27
This Corporate Contributor License Agreement ("Agreement") is between
[COMPANY LEGAL NAME] ("Company") and Silvio Jurk ("Maintainer",
silvio.jurk@gmail.com), the copyright holder of CorvinOS
(github.com/CorvinLabs/CorvinOS).
It covers Contributions made by employees, contractors, and agents of
the Company to the Project. It does not replace the individual
CLA.md — each individual contributor must also accept that
agreement. This CCLA adds the employer's consent as required by
CLA.md §4.1.
1. Definitions
The definitions of §1 of CLA.md apply here without change.
"Authorised Contributor" — any employee, contractor, or agent of the Company who is explicitly listed in Schedule A of this Agreement or who is authorised by the Company's Point of Contact (see §5).
2. Company Grant
For each Contribution made by an Authorised Contributor, the Company
grants to the Maintainer and to every recipient of the Project the same
copyright licence, patent licence, and relicense right as described in
CLA.md §§ 2–3, as if the Company were the individual
Contributor.
This grant applies regardless of whether the Contribution was made during working hours, using Company equipment, or in connection with Company business — the purpose of this clause is to confirm that the Company waives any IP claim it might otherwise have over such Contributions.
3. Representations
The Company represents that:
- It has the authority to enter into this Agreement and to grant the licences above.
- Each Authorised Contributor listed in Schedule A or added via §5 has
been informed of this Agreement and of
CLA.md. - The Company is not aware of any third-party IP rights that would prevent the grants in §2 from being effective.
4. No Warranty
The Company provides Contributions on an "AS IS" basis, without warranties of any kind.
5. Point of Contact
The Company designates the following person as its Point of Contact for CLA matters. The Point of Contact may add or remove Authorised Contributors by notifying the Maintainer in writing (email is sufficient).
Name: ___________________________ Title: ___________________________ Email: ___________________________ GitHub handle: ___________________
6. Schedule A — Initial Authorised Contributors
List each employee/contractor whose Contributions are covered at signing. Additional contributors may be added via §5 without re-signing.

7. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any disputes is the seat of the Maintainer, to the extent legally permissible.
8. Execution
For the Company:

Accepted by the Maintainer:
Silvio Jurk
silvio.jurk@gmail.comDate: ___________________________
Send the signed and completed Agreement to silvio.jurk@gmail.com
with subject: CCLA — [Company Name]. The Maintainer will countersign
and return a copy, and add the Company to the public record in
CLA-SIGNATORIES.md.
Tracking: Upon receipt, the Maintainer adds a row to the CCLA Records section of CLA-SIGNATORIES.md with columns: Company, Date
Received, Date Countersigned, Scope (all employees / named individuals).
Pending countersignature is marked ccla-pending. PRs from employees
of companies with ccla-pending status must not be merged until the
countersigned copy is returned.
