An unofficial list of registered domains that are not .gov/.mil domains. This is manually generated by looking at the non-.gov/.mil sites that are gathered through the index building process and analyzing them to see whether they are published by federal agencies. We aspire to increasingly merge in the work done at https://github.com/gsa/govt-urls, which as worked with agencies to do similar validation in the past.
