qgetenv

Warns on inefficient usages of qgetenv() which usually allocate memory. Suggests usage of qEnvironmentVariableIsSet(), qEnvironmentVariableIsEmpty() and qEnvironmentVariableIntValue().

These replacements are available since Qt 5.5.
