A Alfred Worflow to interact with Stretchly

Installation

Requirments

• stretchFred requires you to have Strechly installed. stretchFred uses the CLI options of Stretchly and will look voor Stretchly at /Applications/Stretchly.app/Contents/MacOS/Stretchly
• Custom Workflows require Alfred Powerpack licence. It's well worth the money

Installation

Simply download the latest release from the releases page or get the .workflow file from GiT

Usage

Interacting with Stretchly

Using stretchFred you can:

• Skip to next mini | long breaks
• Reset breaks
• Resume breaks
• Pauze Stretchly
  • For 1 | 2 | 4 | 8 hours
  • Pauze Stretchly until-morning
  • Pauze Stretchly indefinitely

The default keyword is st but you can change that to your liking.

Pauze for X

You can use stretchFred to pause Stretchly for X time (just like in the Strechtly menu item). You can select pauze from the st menu or you can use st pauze for direct acces.
