This project acknowledges lionsky and the VCPToolBox project, especially its work on passive memory emergence and the RiverMemo / 浪潮 Memo family of ideas.

At release 0.1.0-alpha.1:

• no VCP source code has been copied or adapted;
• no VCP algorithm is represented as an independent reimplementation;
• the influence is conceptual and is stated here voluntarily and prominently;
• any future copied or adapted component must be listed below with upstream file, upstream revision, local destination, transformation, and license.
