[00:00] Christopher David: Hey, folks. In this video series, we're going to build an open platform for AI agents, mostly from scratch,
[00:06] Christopher David: and connect it to our already built open network of GPUs.
[00:13] Christopher David: Why agents? Well,
[00:14] Christopher David: it became clear from OpenAI's Dev Day yesterday that they view agents as the future,
[00:20] Christopher David: and they want to own it along with Microsoft.
[00:24] Christopher David: And we don't think the future of AI should be owned by these closed source megacorps with a history of monopolization and regulatory capture.
[00:35] Christopher David: If you remember from our last video,
[00:38] Christopher David: where did I put it?
[00:41] Christopher David: Yeah, we did a previous video series kind of going into why we need a truly open version of what OpenAI is producing.
[00:47] Christopher David: So yeah, we're going to continue that thought in this series.
[00:50] Christopher David: So we're going to build an open version of an agent's platform that means all open source with open models,
[00:57] Christopher David: open data sets, open money,
[00:59] Christopher David: Bitcoin,
[01:00] Christopher David: open compute,
[01:00] Christopher David: open everything.
[01:02] Christopher David: We've got a little bit of code already done for this, but we're going to pull it over into this new repo that's open source,
[01:08] Christopher David: HPL3.
[01:11] Christopher David: and we're going to kind of document things here as we go so it's easy to follow along because we want to invite people from the community to contribute and we're going to be realigning our bitcoin bounty pool we've got most of that we've awarded some of these but we've still got about 100 grand worth of bitcoin bounties ready that we're going to incentivize developers to
[01:33] Christopher David: help and so making things really clear and simple and easy to follow along will be important so we've got a wiki with a little bit of initial information here you can read about our principles we want to ship early and often we want to generate and share revenue we're going to use bitcoin where it's helpful we're not going to do any crypto shit coin distracting bullshit
[01:53] Christopher David: And we're going to build four users.
[01:55] Christopher David: We have a wait list up and I just collected a few of the answers that people have provided from the wait list so far.
[02:03] Christopher David: How do you want to use AI agents for programming,
[02:05] Christopher David: for trading and financial analysis,
[02:07] Christopher David: doing keyword research,
[02:08] Christopher David: writing articles,
[02:09] Christopher David: maintaining my client's WordPress websites,
[02:11] Christopher David: collecting and optimizing data for model training.
[02:14] Christopher David: So we want to build in the direction of enabling all of these users to get their needs met through this agents dashboard.
[02:19] Christopher David: dashboard that we are going to create together in this series.
[02:23] Christopher David: So follow along,
[02:25] Christopher David: join our Discord if you want to chat about any of this,
[02:29] Christopher David: and we'll see you soon.
