Net Messenger V. 1.0

Description

It sends an instant message to any computer on the network, without the computer source name..

but its either on the user to put his/her Identity. It Includes also on how to use the Win API of the systray & to shutdown the network using the Administrator account...Please send to my email for any comments suggestion & even bugs for my work...
