Scope

The architecture defines six invariants, seven planes, coverage classes, and an L1/L2/L3 conformance ladder for AI governance systems that generate verifiable evidence from enforcement.

Proofpane is the original implementation of this architecture. Its conformance claim is self-assessed and published in the canonical spec.
