One application. Two powerful connection modes.

ADB Device Manager is a free desktop application for Windows and Linux that lets you mirror your Android screen, transfer files, sync notifications, manage calls, control media playback, and run Android apps in resizable desktop windows — all using either ADB Mode (USB or wireless debugging) or App Mode (Wi-Fi over LAN) — or both simultaneously for the complete Android-to-desktop experience.

ADB Mode — Deep System Control via USB or Wireless ADB

ADB Mode uses the Android Debug Bridge (ADB) protocol to establish a direct, low-level connection to your Android device over a USB cable or wireless ADB pairing. This mode does not require any app to be installed on your phone and provides the deepest level of system access available.

Technologies & Open-Source Dependencies

ADB Device Manager is built on top of industry-standard open-source libraries and native platform frameworks:

  • ADB — Android Debug Bridge – Core protocol for device communication, wireless pairing, and ADB command execution.
  • scrcpy – High-performance, low-latency screen mirroring and remote input control for Android devices.
  • Flutter – Cross-platform UI framework used to build the Windows desktop client and the Android companion app.
  • Kotlin – Used for the Android companion app's background services, system integrations, and business logic.
  • C# – Powers the Windows desktop manager services, system tray integration, and inter-process communication bridges.

Special thanks to rom1v for their foundational contributions to the open-source ADB and scrcpy ecosystems, which provided critical architectural insights for this project.
