svFSI-Tools

This repository provides pre-processing and post-processing tools for svFSI. Preprocessing scripts include:

(1) mesh_converter: converts standard mesh to svFSI compatible VTK format. Conversion to higher-order elements is possible for select element types. Currently supports Gambit (.neu) and Gmsh (.msh) files.
