Clothing1M_FedAvg
January 30, 2025 ยท View on GitHub
We open-source this Jupyter notebook to provide a simple and easy-to-understand code for related communities to conduct experiments on real-world noisy dataset Clothing1M, which can be helpful for researchers focusing on robust distributed optimization and federated learning on noisy labels.
Usage
Simply run this notebook. We've previously tested this file on one Nvidia 3090 GPU with Pytorch 3.8 version as the computation backend. There're not many related dependency requirements. We provide the FedAvg as the baseline method while you can add more optimization methods based on our code.
Dataset
Clothing1M contains 1M clothing images in 14 classes. It is a dataset with noisy labels, since the data is collected from several online shopping websites and include many mislabelled samples. This dataset also contains 50k, 14k, and 10k images with clean labels for training, validation, and testing, respectively.
