Polyfills for old .NET

Set of polyfills for .NET Framework 4.0.
While this project is not ready for widespread use. Initial goal of the project is to extract a .NET polyfills from the JavaScript Engine Switcher, MSIE JavaScript Engine and LibSass Host projects to separate libraries.
Installation
This library can be installed through NuGet:
- PolyfillsForOldDotNet.System.Buffers
- PolyfillsForOldDotNet.System.Runtime.InteropServices.RuntimeInformation
- PolyfillsForOldDotNet.System.Threading
