Screenshots with absolute timestamps in MPV

Uses Exiftool to find the "Date/Time Original" and figures out the actual time of the screenshot

Installation + usage

1. Ensure Exiftool is installed and on the PATH
2. Copy lua script to ~/.config/mpv/script/
3. Play a video and Press Control-Shift-S
