Getting Started

1. Find an Issue

   • Check Good First Issues for beginner-friendly tasks
   • Browse Open Issues for other opportunities
   • Review the 2026 Product Plan for major initiatives

2. Set Up Your Environment

   • Follow the setup instructions in CLAUDE.md
   • See README.md for quick start commands

3. Request Access

   • Email info@trashmob.eco with your GitHub username
   • We'll add you to the repository and Azure dev subscription

Workflow

1. Claim an Issue - Comment on the issue you want to work on
2. Create a Branch - Use dev/{your-name}/{feature-name}
3. Make Changes - Follow coding standards in CLAUDE.md
4. Test - Run tests and verify manually
5. Submit PR - Reference the issue number in your PR description
6. Code Review - Address any feedback
