1. POLL: Split typed function references from GC into their own proposal.
[discussion about splitting out typed arrays from gc as well]
LW: Till has intention to include arrays in typed objects proposal, hasn't gotten around to it yet.
DE: Oh, we would have multiple types of typed arrays.
LW: Right, we have TypedArrays and typed arrays.

- Current plan: A Coruña, Spain at Igalia office, week of Apr 29 - May 3 (specific dates not certain yet)
AR: The holiday is kind of annoying, you have to travel on holiday or before
[discussing]
Planning for April 24th and 25th
AI[BS] add meeting doc for in-person meeting
POLL: to merge wasm-constants.js and wasm-module-builder.js? WebAssembly/spec#963
SS: Is it OK to split merge these?
BT: I think it's ok, folks shouldn't be depending on it
LH: It's a private import in FF repo
BT: It's a test artifact, if we want we can make it into something more useful for others. It'd be nice to separate out, but unless we do that I don't think we should worry about breaking it.
BS: So is everyone OK merging these?
[Unanimous decision]
