Merge channels: A tool for multi-color 2D or 3D imaging

This tool can adjust the 4 color channel components (RGB), the GAIN (the brightness to display) and also the gamma (adjust the histogram to make images more 'naturally').

It will be extended to 7 color channels in future !

Situations

If something goes wrong while you are using this tool, you can try:

1. Write in Matlab command window : clear global.
2. Restart your Matlab.
3. Delete the .\RUN\para.mat.
