LibFloor LLVM Vulkan/OpenCL SPIR-V backend

This is the modified SPIRV-LLVM-Translator backend for providing Vulkan/OpenCL SPIR-V support in the modified libfloor LLVM toolchain. Please check the build instructions in there. This repository is no longer intended to be build standalone.
