Contributor License Agreement (CLA)

By submitting a contribution (pull request, patch, or any other form) to this project, you agree to the following terms:

1. Grant of Rights

You grant Archil Odishelidze / CodeMake (the copyright holder) a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, sublicense, and otherwise exploit your contribution as part of DBTool under both:

• The GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPL-3.0), and
• Any commercial license offered by the copyright holder.

2. Originality

You represent that your contribution is your original work and that you have the legal right to grant the rights described above. If your contribution includes work owned by a third party, you confirm that you have obtained all necessary permissions.

3. No Obligation

The copyright holder is under no obligation to accept, merge, or use your contribution.

4. Attribution

You will be credited in the project's contributor records unless you request otherwise.
