FastMIN-SG

FAST-SG idea implemented using minimizer and chaining with the minimap2 API. FastMIN-SG is a Wengan component.

Compilation

make all

c compiler; compilation was tested with gcc version GCC/7.3.0-2.30 (Linux) and clang-1000.11.45.5 (Mac OSX).
