Draft Gate Checklist

• A Pre-ARC discussion exists.
• The Pre-ARC discussion outcome was accepted-for-draft.
• Existing ARCs and related work were reviewed.
• The ARC has a defined scope.
• The ARC includes all relevant sections.
• The ARC declares sponsor.
• The ARC declares implementation-required.
• The ARC declares adoption-summary.
• The ARC front matter uses canonical YAML-native field shapes.
• The ARC complies with the style and formatting guidelines.

• Assign ARC number
