Third-Party Dependencies
This project depends on Qiskit (Apache 2.0), NumPy (BSD), SciPy (BSD), and NetworkX (BSD). These licenses are compatible with both AGPL and commercial use.
Intellectual Property
The SCPN (Self-Consistent Phenomenological Network) theoretical framework underlying this software was conceived in 1996. The Kuramoto-XY quantum mapping and identity continuity analysis are original contributions.
