Artsy Engineering Operations

Teams

Teams at Artsy are cross functional. A regular team being composed of a Product Manager, a Product Designer, a Data Analyst, an Engineering Manager and Engineers. Each team has a mission, eg. "From negotiation to fulfillment, Emerald aims to facilitate an enjoyable, consistent, secure, and global deal-closure experience that leaves collectors, sellers, and Artsy Admin eager to return.", and quarterly goals aligned with our company objectives.
