C++/CUDA implementation of the ANI neural network architecture

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Python 3.6 (we recommend Anaconda distribution)
  • Modern NVIDIA GPU, compute capability 5.0 of newer.
  • CUDA 10.0
  • ASE
