Commercial License

This software is available under the Apache License 2.0 for most users. However, a separate commercial license is required for certain organizations as described below.

When a Commercial License is Required

If your organization is a Legal Entity with Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) exceeding Five Million United States Dollars (USD $5,000,000), you must obtain a commercial license from Autohand AI LLC to use, modify, or distribute this software in any form.

Definition of Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)

"Annual Recurring Revenue" means the annualized value of all subscription, license, or recurring revenue contracts in effect at the time of measurement, including but not limited to:

• SaaS subscriptions
• Maintenance agreements
• Support contracts

Who Does NOT Need a Commercial License

The following users may use this software under the Apache License 2.0 without a commercial license:

• Individual developers using this software for personal or non-commercial purposes
• Non-profit organizations
• Educational institutions
• Open source projects licensed under an OSI-approved license
• Legal Entities with ARR of $5,000,000 USD or less
