Portions of mix_archive_build are adapted from rabbitmq-server's bazel/elixir/mix_archive_build.bzl, which is MPL-2.0 and shares this ruleset's lineage.

Subsequent work

Modifications made in this repository after the fork point (upstream tag v1.1.0, commit 42f412b) are copyright their respective authors and are contributed under the same dual license as the original work. See CHANGELOG.md for what those modifications are, and the git history for who made them. git log v1.1.0.. lists exactly the post-fork commits.
