在 Codex CLI 上跑 evals/stress/ 里的 3 个长任务测试，用 evals/stress/grade.py（codex-as-judge）评分。

跨项目记忆 closed loop（v1.9.0+）

install.sh 检测到 codex 自动同时装到 ~/.codex/skills/anchor/。v1.11.0 起 SessionStart hook 自动 detect runtime + 注入对应工具名 hints（Claude Code 用 TaskCreate，Codex 用 plan_tool）。
