We pledge to make participation in Cathead Coding welcoming and harassment-free for everyone, regardless of identity, background, experience, or ability.

Be respectful, assume good intent, give actionable feedback, and focus disagreement on ideas and evidence. Harassment, discrimination, threats, doxxing, and sustained disruption are not acceptable.

Project maintainers may remove or reject contributions and participation that violate these expectations. Report conduct concerns privately to the project maintainers. Maintainers will protect reporter privacy to the extent practical and respond proportionately.
