Code of Conduct

Coaction is a technical project, and participation should stay focused, respectful, and useful.

Expected Behavior

• Be direct and constructive.
• Assume good intent while still asking for evidence.
• Keep discussions about the code, docs, design, and project goals.
• Respect maintainers' time by providing clear reproductions and focused pull requests.

Unacceptable Behavior

• Harassment, threats, or personal attacks
• Dismissive comments about identity, background, or experience
• Repeated off-topic arguments after maintainers ask to stop
• Publishing private security details before coordinated disclosure

Enforcement

Maintainers may edit, hide, or remove comments, close issues, or block participants who make the project harder to maintain safely. Serious security or abuse concerns should be reported privately through the channels in SECURITY.md.
