BrowserBox License & Services Agreement
Effective Date: May 23, 2026
IMPORTANT NOTICE: PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING BROWSERBOX. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SOFTWARE. IF YOU ARE ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF AN ENTITY, YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO BIND THAT ENTITY TO THESE TERMS.
1. Definitions
1.1 "DOSAYGO" means DOSAYGO Corporation, a C-corporation incorporated in Wyoming, United States of America, the owner and licensor of BrowserBox.
1.2 "BrowserBox" means the proprietary software provided by DOSAYGO, including its embeddable, multi-user, server-based browser for remote isolation, zero-trust security, co-browsing, and related features, along with any updates, documentation, and associated materials.
1.3 "Licensee" or "You" means the individual or entity entering into this Agreement with DOSAYGO.
1.4 "License Key" means the unique code issued by DOSAYGO to activate and enable use of BrowserBox under a valid Subscription.
1.5 "Subscription" means the paid plan purchased by Licensee that grants access to a License Key and the right to use BrowserBox under this Agreement.
1.6 "Integrated Works" means any software, applications, or other works into which Licensee integrates BrowserBox, in whole or in part.
1.7 "AI System" means any artificial intelligence, machine learning, large language model, generative AI, agentic coding, retrieval, indexing, classification, analysis, or automated reasoning system, whether operated by Licensee or a third party.
1.8 "Competing Product" means any product, service, software, model, system, feature, or component that performs or is intended to perform substantially similar remote browser isolation, browser streaming, secure browsing, browser automation isolation, co-browsing, session streaming, policy enforcement, license enforcement, or deployment functions as BrowserBox.
1.9 "Unauthorized Use" means any use, integration, evaluation, analysis, or exploitation of BrowserBox without a valid, active License Key or in violation of this Agreement.
2. License Grant
2.1 Grant of License. Subject to payment of applicable Subscription fees and compliance with this Agreement, DOSAYGO grants Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use BrowserBox solely for Licensee's internal business, non-commercial, or evaluation purposes, as applicable to Licensee's purchased or issued license category, in accordance with the terms of the Subscription and the associated License Key. No license is granted for competitive analysis, reverse engineering, or development of a Competing Product.
2.2 License Key Requirement. Use of BrowserBox requires a valid License Key. Without a valid License Key, BrowserBox will display a warning ("Your copy of BrowserBox is unlicensed") and terminate after two (2) minutes.
2.3 Restrictions. Licensee shall not:
- Share, sell, lease, sublicense, or otherwise distribute BrowserBox to third parties;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decode, inspect, instrument, trace, monitor, or otherwise attempt to derive or discover the source code, object code structure, architecture, algorithms, protocols, models, data structures, security controls, license controls, deployment methods, performance characteristics, trade secrets, or non-public know-how of BrowserBox, except to the limited extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
- Use BrowserBox, any License Key, seat, trial, evaluation access, hosted session, binary, source file, update, documentation, telemetry, logs, screenshots, recordings, network traffic, prompts, outputs, or support communications to design, train, fine-tune, validate, benchmark, specify, or build a Competing Product or replacement for BrowserBox;
- Use an AI System to perform or assist any reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembly, source-code reconstruction, protocol discovery, behavioral cloning, feature extraction, competitive analysis, model training, retrieval-augmented indexing, or generation of a Competing Product based on BrowserBox;
- Provide BrowserBox or information derived from BrowserBox to any AI System, contractor, consultant, vendor, or third party for any purpose prohibited by this Agreement;
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, branding, or trademarks in BrowserBox;
- Circumvent or attempt to bypass the License Key authentication or enforcement mechanisms;
- Integrate BrowserBox into any third-party products or services without a separate written agreement from DOSAYGO.
Any violation of these restrictions constitutes Unauthorized Use and a material breach of this Agreement.
3. Fees and Payment
3.1 Subscription Fees. Licensee shall purchase a Subscription through https://dosaygo.com/pricing or an authorized reseller. Subscription fees, billing terms, and renewal policies are specified at the point of purchase.
3.2 Subscription Term. Subscriptions automatically renew unless terminated by Licensee in accordance with the Subscription terms. Failure to pay fees will, after a reasonable grace period, result in deactivation of the License Key and termination of access to BrowserBox.
3.3 No Free Use. Any use of BrowserBox, including for commercial, personal, development, or testing purposes, requires a paid Subscription.
4. Use of BrowserBox
4.1 Responsibility. Licensee is responsible for all instances of BrowserBox it deploys. Use by Licensee’s customers requires separate licenses for those customers.
4.2 Open-Source Components. BrowserBox may include open-source components subject to their own licenses. In case of conflict, those licenses govern the use of those components only.
4.3 Usage Monitoring. BrowserBox may transmit usage data to DOSAYGO for compliance verification and product improvement, as detailed in DOSAYGO’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
5. Ownership
5.1 Intellectual Property. DOSAYGO and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in BrowserBox, including all intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not transfer ownership to Licensee.
5.2 Source Code Access. If Licensee accesses BrowserBox source code, modifications are permitted for internal use only, but ownership remains with DOSAYGO.
5.3 Enforcement. Any attempt to tamper with the License Key system will result in immediate termination of this license.
5.4 Feedback and Derived Information. Licensee may provide feedback to DOSAYGO, and DOSAYGO may use that feedback without restriction. Licensee may not retain, disclose, or use non-public information learned from BrowserBox access, support, source review, evaluation, or operation to create or assist a Competing Product.
6. Termination
6.1 Termination by DOSAYGO. DOSAYGO may terminate this Agreement with notice for material breach by Licensee or immediately for Unauthorized Use.
6.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, Licensee must:
- Cease all use of BrowserBox;
- Delete all copies of BrowserBox and License Keys in its possession;
- Acknowledge that DOSAYGO may remotely disable access.
6.3 Survival. Sections addressing ownership, restrictions, consequences of unauthorized use, liability, indemnification, and governing law shall survive termination.
7. Consequences of Unauthorized Use
In the event of Unauthorized Use, Licensee shall, within thirty (30) days of notice from DOSAYGO or discovery of such use: (i) pay to DOSAYGO a retroactive license fee equal to two hundred percent (200%) of the then-current standard license fee for the applicable usage tier, prorated from the date of initial Unauthorized Use, plus interest at the rate of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month; and (ii) execute a valid license agreement under DOSAYGO’s standard terms. In addition, Licensee hereby grants to DOSAYGO an irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, perform, display, and create derivative works of the Integrated Works, effective immediately upon Unauthorized Use. Licensee is expressly prohibited from publicly releasing, open-sourcing, or otherwise making available the source code of the Integrated Works under any open-source license or public repository (e.g., GitHub, GitLab, or any platform accessible without restriction) without DOSAYGO’s prior written consent, which shall not be unreasonably withheld. The retroactive license fee represents a reasonable estimate of DOSAYGO’s lost licensing revenue, which is difficult to ascertain precisely due to the nature of unauthorized integration. Failure to comply with any obligation herein shall entitle DOSAYGO to seek specific performance, damages, and all other available remedies, including attorneys’ fees.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
8.1 No Warranties. BrowserBox is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
8.2 Limitation of Liability. DOSAYGO’s aggregate liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the fees paid by Licensee in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. DOSAYGO shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
9.1 Governing Law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
9.2 Jurisdiction. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and Licensee consents to the jurisdiction of such courts.
10. Data and Privacy
10.1 DOSAYGO Obligations. DOSAYGO will process data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
10.2 Licensee Obligations. Licensee is responsible for ensuring its use of BrowserBox complies with all applicable data protection laws.
11. Support
11.1 No Obligation. DOSAYGO is not obligated to provide support, updates, or maintenance unless separately agreed in writing.
11.2 Optional Assistance. Support may be available through community forums or email at DOSAYGO’s discretion.
12. Indemnification
Licensee agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DOSAYGO and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from Licensee’s misuse of BrowserBox or breach of this Agreement.
13. Miscellaneous
13.1 Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between DOSAYGO and Licensee and supersedes all prior agreements.
13.2 Amendments. DOSAYGO may modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of BrowserBox after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
13.3 Assignment. Licensee may not assign this Agreement without DOSAYGO’s prior written consent. DOSAYGO may assign this Agreement freely.
13.4 Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid, it will be reformed to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
