Purpose

Denotes the user's development environment and the deployment environment for the project. Typically populated from existing context sources (workstation profile, deployment notes).

For AI projects, this is the natural place to record available toolchains — e.g. Conda environments, CUDA versions, model runtimes, GPU/VRAM, container or orchestration substrate.
