Purpose

Persistent stack preferences for this repo. Captures choices that would otherwise have to be repeated to the agent each session.

Especially useful for AI development:

• Hierarchy of preferred models (e.g. for OpenRouter routing).
• Preferred libraries for GUIs and other recurring stack decisions.
