USB & Input Device Fixes

A collection of patches, fixes, and workarounds for USB devices and input handling on Ubuntu with KDE Plasma Wayland. These were gathered from gists and scripts written between late 2025 and early 2026 and may no longer be needed on current system versions. They're preserved here for reference.
