Jump! game for Atari 8bit

This game was originally developed using the "Atmas II"-macro assembler on an 800XL and published as a type-in program by the german magazine "Happy Computer" in 1987.

The original source code from my old disks has been revised to be used with the wonderful MADS cross-assembler (http://mads.atari8.info).

I also added some code to fix the palette and remove flickering when played on NTSC machines.
