Feature Docs

This directory contains focused feature briefs and implementation artifacts that are not broad project contracts.

File	Purpose
FEATURE_BRIEF.md	Feature-level product brief.
IMPLEMENTATION_PLAN.md	Implementation plan for the related feature work.
artifact-diffs.md	Artifact diff notes used by marketplace/plugin work.
core-plugin-setup.md	Core plugin setup workflow.
marketplace-v2-design.md	Marketplace v2 design notes.

Feature docs can be superseded by topic docs. When behavior becomes a stable contract, move the canonical wording into the owning topic doc and leave a short pointer here.
