March 08/2019 - Release Candidate 1 (no new features after this date)
- API and feature freeze
- Release Review materials due
- New and Noteworthy entries due
March 15/2019 - Release Candidate 2
March 20/2019 - Eclipse SimRel 2019-03 GA
- Release reviews conclude on this date
