Twitter relay for Lightning JSON-RPC interface.

LightningBuddy is a library that can be used to talk to a lightning node from a Twitter account. It can be used to send lightning-payable messages for Twitter bots, tipping, or other applications. See the LightningBuddy API in the wiki for more information.
