The architecture documentation has moved to ../ARCHITECTURE.md (repository root), which is kept current with the code.

OpenOutreach is a browserless, email-first AI sales agent — define ICP → discover (licensed data) → qualify → rank → find email → agentic email from your own mailbox — with no social-network account and no scraping.
