Vale Contributor License Agreement

By contributing to Vale, you agree that:

1. You have the right to contribute it. The contribution is your own work, or you have permission from whoever owns it to contribute it under these terms. If your employer has rights to work you create, you have their permission to contribute it.
2. You grant the project a license. You give Vale's maintainers a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, sublicense, and distribute your contribution under the project's current license and under any other license the project adopts in the future, including a patent license for any of your patents the contribution would otherwise infringe.
3. You keep your copyright. This is a license, not a transfer. You can use your contribution however you like elsewhere.
4. No warranty. You provide the contribution as-is, and you're not expected to support it.
