Issue reporting template

Thanks for considering improving our package! :) To report a bug please follow these steps:

• describe your problem - what package does and what you expect it to do instead
• include a minimal code example that reproduces the problem
• include screenshots of plots / console if available and any other context that you think can explain the problem better
• give information about used: package version, R version, R IDE (name and version) and Browser (name and version, if applicable)
• wait for our response - we will review your problem and provide feedback on it
