This is my master thesis in geoinformatics engineering about the evaluation of OpenStreetMap intrinsic temporal accuracy and up-to-dateness using historical data. It is available as PDF as well. It has been archived and made available at the digital library of Politecnico di Milano.

The software is available at is-osm-uptodate.frafra.eu and its source code is published at github.com/frafra/is-osm-uptodate.

Errata corrige

• Page 21: FOSS4G-IT -> GFOSS day (the software has been presented at FOSS4G-IT 2018 in Rome as well, actually)
