This directory holds generated operator/run evidence and historical provenance. Most substantive generated-record bodies have moved out of git under RFC 0171; small retained evidence files here are review pointers or proof inputs.

Runtime contract: files here are not the live message bus and do not advance runs. Use daemon MCP/RPC or daemon-backed CLI commands for live workflow state.
