Use O(n) to get the times every item appears, store in an array with an object, the key is the item, and the value is the times, for instance, [1, 1, 1, 2, 2, 3], we can use an array [{"1": 3}, {"2": 2}, {"3": 1}], then we can sort the array and get the answer.
